Wide Circles aka WideCircles enters beta period and marks new release
May 17, 2008 – 9:45 amWide Circles announced today a new release of the system which fixes some of the previous bugs and adds tons of new features, they are doing this to give more choices to the advertisers and publishers. For example publishers can now export their statistics into external formats.
This new release also addresses a bug with auto detection of links. It seems its intresting what is happening with all the new changes coming in. We will have to wait for super operators to come in as well to see what will happen with the new 3 tier structure they introduced recently.
Wide Circles aka WideCircles seems to be going in the right direction but there are definately many obstacles on such roads ahead, and they are trying to overcome them by using different approach when it comes to these things. There will be a few changes at the end of May or begining of June which should allow for new geo targetting features. I will talk about these in my next article as I recieve more updates so stay tuned.

has there been any solution on how the super operator integration will affect the advertisers all I can think is greater speeds of posting right ?
??.

One must take into account that super operators will strengthen the relationship between normal group operators and publisher, Wide Circles has de
finately implemented this on right level and I cant wait to see it

This is definately moving along in the right way and direction. Are the operators now going to be linked to those super accounts, I assume they wi
ll transfer them over there at some point due to them not being able to do it from the interface, I mean for legacy accounts right?

I heard Dave and Soren talking about the page on community website that would reflect or be some sort of a directory for all the operators and sup
er operators in Wide Circles community portal, do you guys think this is right, I would suppose so..

Wide Circles has always tried something new, Ive been with the program since inception and all these changes are definately starting to make lot o
f sense, with new infrastructure and the changes required to drive supers this should make an extreme impact on how Wide Circles / WideCircles conducts the
business and efficeny of postings

Those new features you mentioned I assume will become available to the advertisers pretty soon, they said when I contacted them early in this week
so I assume they are still on schedule ? In any case its certainly looking good for all sides now.

Wonder how the streams will now come in the publisher interface, I think they should stay with the same delivery approach and make it more flex.
